Implementation Consultant

Ensuring proper implementation of software system with industry players on a national level. Develop strategies to ensure clients fully understand and adopt the system.

Reports to:

The Implementation Consultant will report to the Project Leader.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ensure proper implementation of the software system
  • Develop strategies to help clients adopt the system
  • Communicate with clients the system’s implementation process and features
  • Willingness to travel outstation if needed
  • Take part in workshop and training activities with clients
  • Ensuring proper communication with team members within and across departments
  • Perform any ad-hoc activities when necessary
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher
  • 1-2 years working experience in the haulage industry and/or IT field
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the industry is preferred
  • Able to communicate and cooperate well with others in English / Bahasa
  • Any certification related to the industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team 
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Ability to work and communicate on all levels in the organisation

Customer Service Consultant

Provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Reports to:

The Customer Service Consultant will report to the Team Lead.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage incoming enquiries, messages and calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Ensuring and maintaining that the user guide is always up to date
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers 
Requirements:
  • Certificate or higher
